Welcome to Lazy H Kennels!

My name is Debbie Hesley and I am the owner of Lazy H Kennels in Big Lake, MN. We are a full service boarding kennel located just outside the Twin Cities in Big Lake, MN.

I founded Lazy H Kennels after taking a special interest in animals that all started when I got into pet grooming in 1989. I enjoyed working so much with the many different breeds of dogs and cats that thought it was time to open a boarding kennel and have been boarding ever since.

We offer many different services to include short and long term boarding, daycare, self serve baths, and medication giving if needed. All of our services are under one reasonable rate. Our kennels are cleaned daily and pets are provided with fresh water and food on a regular basis. We like to give lots of personal attention to each dog or cat and make sure the care provided is what they would get at home. We like you to consider Lazy H Kennels your pet’s home away from home!

We have a facility consisting of 12 kennels with radiant heat floor, for the colder days, and air conditioning for warmer days so your pets are comfortable for all kinds of weather. We offer spacious dog quarters with each having its own outdoor run. The concrete block structure offers privacy between kennels as well.  There is a large fenced in play yard with toys for your dog to play with and pools to splash around in during the summer.

Since our kennels are located on the same property as our home, we are just steps away from catering to your pet’s every need.  We are recommended by all the local vets and pet groomers in the area. The kennel is inspected yearly through Sherburne County to make sure we continue to meet the quality you expect.

We know your pet is a loved family member as ours are too. Rest assured that your pet will be safe, happy, comfortable, and content.
